The Penn State PF Patient and Caregiver Support Group meets on the last Monday of every month from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Please contact Mia Ray at mray4@pennstatehealth.psu.edu or 717-531-5519 for more information. 

This group meets in a hybrid format, so there is the option to attend both virtually and in-person. If attending the meeting in-person, it takes place at the following location:
