Join the Better Breathers Support Group for their in-person Lung Transplant Information Event on Friday, May 22, 2026, 1:00-2:30 pm EST in the conference rooms at AdventHealth Apopka, 2100 Ocoee Apopka Rd., Apopka, FL  32703. This meeting is designed for individuals and caregivers navigating lung diseases such as Pulmonary Fibrosis, ILD, COPD, PAH, or Cystic Fibrosis who are considering whether a lung transplant is the right next step.

 Dr. Manickavel from AdventHealth Orlando will present on the entire transplant process, covering everything from referrals and qualifications to the surgical procedure and post-transplant outcomes. The program will also feature insights from clinical coordinators and a panel of recipients and caregivers, concluding with a Q&A session.
