ROC-101 is an investigational, pan-ROCK inhibitor. ROC-101 simultaneously blocks both ROCK1 and ROCK2 isoforms to provide anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, and anti-fibrotic effects. This process directly targets vascular remodeling and lung fibrosis to prevent disease progression.
Study Purpose
This is a phase 2, open-label, single-arm, multi-center clinical study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of oral ROC-101 in participants with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) or pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
