Nerandomilast is an oral, phosphodiesterase 4B (PDE4B) inhibitor with combined antifibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects. Nerandomilast is currently being investigated in patients with a family history of pulmonary fibrosis (PF).
Study Purpose
The study is open to patients who are 40 years or older that have at least one family member with PF. The main purpose of this study is to find out whether nerandomilast can help slow down changes in the lungs in patients with a family history of PF.
