Nerandomilast is an oral, phosphodiesterase 4B (PDE4B) inhibitor with combined antifibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects. Nerandomilast is currently being investigated in patients with systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases associated interstitial lung diseases (SARD-ILD).
Study Purpose
The study is open to patients with SARD-ILD that show no improvement in lung function after standard treatment with immunosuppressant medicine. The main purpose of this study is to find out how nerandomilast affects the lungs in patients with SARD-ILD.
