LAM-001 acts as a mTOR inhibitor to target vascular remodeling and fibrosis in pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD).
Study Purpose
This is a phase 2, randomized, double-blind, multi-dose, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of inhaled LAM-001 in participants with PH-ILD.
