Zampilimab is a monoclonal antibody designed to bind to transglutaminase-2 (TG2) proteins, which contribute to lung scarring.
Study Purpose
This is a phase 2b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study that evaluates the safety and efficacy of Zampilimab compared to a placebo in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
