AP02 is an investigational dry powder inhalation nintedanib solution that acts as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that turns off the internal receptors, PDGFR, FGFR, and VEGFR, that trigger cell growth and blood vessel formation in damaged lung tissue.
Study Purpose
This is a randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled study that evaluates the safety and tolerability of AP02 in adults with IPF.
