Volunteers make a HUGE impact. 💙💚

That’s why every April, we celebrate our volunteers during National Volunteer Appreciation Month 🥰

Have you been thinking about donating your time and talents to help people who have been impacted by PF or ILD? Here are 5 ideas to get you started:

🔹 Start a support group: if there’s no group in your area, start one! We’ll give you all the resources and support you need to get one going.

🔹 Host a fundraiser: Whether it’s a bake sale or a community walk, every fundraiser makes a difference in someone’s life.

🔹 Apply to become a PFF Ambassador: PFF Ambassadors share their experience of living with PF and ILD or caring for someone living with PF and ILD while representing the Foundation at educational events, media engagements, fundraisers, and other opportunities..

🔹 Join the PFF Registry: Researchers and scientists want to hear from you. Join the PFF Registry, which is a series of surveys that will help researchers find new information about PF and ILD. It’s free to join, and you can do the whole thing right in the comfort of your home.

🔹 Sign up for advocacy alerts: Whenever there’s an opportunity to contact your elected official and ask them to support PF and ILD initiatives, we’ll alert you and send you everything you need to send them a message. Contacting your elected official is easy, effective, and takes just minutes
