Topic:  “Pulmonary Rehab and taking care of our physical being” presented by Linda Gilham, DPT from Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital

Linda Gilham, DPT, is a physical therapist with the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program at Good Samaritan Hospital. Linda has been deeply involved with the pulmonary fibrosis community for many years and has vast clinical experience with people living with pulmonary fibrosis. Linda was also instrumental in helping to get this support group going when it was just three people in the room in 2009 and was a previous facilitator. She will be sharing her perspectives on the value of pulmonary rehabilitation from a physical and psychological perspective and what things are important to focus on when you are living with and interstitial lung disease.
