On February 29th of this year, my family and I suffered a tremendous loss. Ana E. Chico, devoted wife of 55 years to Pedro, loving mother to myself and my sister Sarai , mother in law to Anastasios, and grandmother to her pride and joy Christopher, passed away from Pulmonary Fibrosis at the age of 75. The loss, while painful, has caused us to become involved in creating awareness and generating funds to try and find a cure for this terrible disease. We hope to also inspire others to get involved. Mom was a woman of very strong religious faith, who believed in helping and praying for others in need. In that same spirit we do this, and honor her memory as well.

Please join me in honoring her memory and raising funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation on September 17, 2016!

Come join us at Citi Field to see the New York Mets battle the Minnesota Twins and help us in our fight against Pulmonary Fibrosis. Your donation entitles you to one of 50 great seats in the Big Apple Reserved Section, a free t-Shirt and a pulmonary fibrosis wristband. Tickets are $100.00 and proceeds benefit the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. We hope to see you there!
