FAQ
The goal of the Summit is to foster a collaborative environment to improve education and awareness of PF and to identify new approaches to treat, and ultimately cure, this devastating disease. The Summit will feature an innovative continuing medical education (CME) program for health professionals as well as provide sessions for PF patients and caregivers that address their growing educational needs.
All PFF Summit sessions are recorded and are available on YouTube. You may view:

Filming
Filming by companies and organizations at the PFF Summit 2023, including sessions, speakers and attendees, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
Media
For the privacy and safety of the patients, providers and presenters attending PFF Summit 2023, media are not permitted to attend any conference session without prior invitation or authorization. Media interested in attending the PFF Summit can submit a request to Dorothy Coyle.
Photography
The PFF Summit 2023 will be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded in its entirety by staff and third-party vendors. All sessions will be available post-conference via, but not limited to, the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and YouTube. All sessions (including breakouts and scheduled networking activities) will be recorded and still images may be captured. Conference video, still photographs, and quotes may be used and/or repurposed in promotional materials for the PFF including but not limited to the websites, print materials, email, and social media.
Recording of any session by attendees is strictly prohibited.

Don't
- Do not imply that the PFF is endorsing a product, person, service, or organization. As an example, your company may endorse individuals or products, but may not use PFF’s name in connection with the endorsement, state or imply that the endorsement is on behalf of PFF, or state specifically that the endorsement is based on work done at PFF.
- Do not use a PFF logo without express written consent. Direct requests for usage with a detailed description or example image to ssimmons@pulmonaryfibrosis.org for review. If approved, PFF will provide a high res version of the logo and written consent for use in the specified manner. Any additional posts, even of similar nature, must also receive express written approval.
The PFF will offer full refunds for the following situations:
1) if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID or test positive for COVID-19 within 5 days or less from the scheduled date of travel for the 2023 PFF Summit;
2) other medical contraindication to travel; or
3) an unplanned hospitalization.
