s currently a fellow in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She has a special
interest in interstitial lung disease and a passion to improve the delive
ry of palliative care to this highly symptomatic patient population. She w
ill join Johns Hopkins as Assistant Professor of Medicine with dual facult
y appointments in Pulmonary &\; Critical Care and Palliative Care in Ju
ly. Her research focuses on evaluation of healthcare-related quality of li
fe measures over time in addition to patient and provider perceptions of p
alliative care in the ILD population. She plans to start a multidisciplina
ry Breathlessness &\; Supportive Care clinical initiative aimed to impr
