The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) in partnership with the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) launched a quick start guide for supplemental oxygen at the American Thoracic Society (ATS) conference this past May. The new education resource is intended for people who have been newly prescribed supplemental oxygen and includes information about oxygen prescriptions, equipment operation, and how to use oxygen safely.

The brochure will be available to download on the PFF and AARC websites. It can also be ordered from the PFF Patient Communication Center (PCC) by emailing pcc@pulmonaryfibrosis.org or calling 844.TalkPFF (844.825.5733).

This brochure was produced in collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
