First Annual JAM for Pulmonary Fibrosis

Saturday, April 9th, 2005

Bowling Fundraiser

at Kingswood Lanes in
Clinton Twp

In Southeastern Michigan (Macomb County)

We are starting on the smaller side this year because it is our first time, but we hope to make it (or something like it) an annual event in the memory of our dearly missed dad. We hope to of course raise as much money as possible for PF, but also make it a lot of fun so we have people wanting to come back for more next year. My dad's initials were
JAM - so we are calling it the first annual JAM for Pulmonary Fibrosis.  When I think of losing such a wonderful person to such a horrible disease it makes me angry - so angry I need to do something to try to fight it in my own way.

Hi. My name is CJ Treadway and I am 10 years old. This year for my birthday I decided that it would be a good idea if I had a party where people didn't bring me presents but made a donation to charity. I hope this money helps to make things better.

Thank you!

CJ Treadway

(CJ's grandma, Doris I. Dery, died of Pulmonary Fibrosis.)
