The Pulmomary Fibrosis Foundation is an Official Charity of the Manchester City Marathon in Manchester, NH being held on Sunday, November 7, 2010. This marks the 4th Annual running of the Manchester City Marathon. The MCM is a challenging Boston Qualifier that takes runners on a scenic trip through the historic mill district of the Granite State's largest city.
