Join a PFF Event!

To increase the effectiveness of our fundraising and awareness efforts, we are trying to involve everyone in the US/World in to become part of this project.

In 2010, our hope is that each state will host a fundraiser of some sort to raise funds to find a cure for and raise awareness of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, or IPF. The fundraising groups can rely on our office for information, brochures, help with media, etc... Fundraising doesn't have to be hard or time consuming. It can even be fun!!

Having more than one fundraiser per state is not only ok - it's great!! Will you consider representing your state this year?? We would love to work with you if you have an idea. If you don't have an idea but are interested please contact us so we can plan something together. We need to get the word out about our disease. If each state hosts an event, think of the media attention we would be garnering!!

If you can’t do a fundraiser this year but one is happening close to you please try to attend or help. AND if you live outside the US and want to participate that would be FABULOUS!!

Some of these events have already occurred but are listed to give you ideas for new events that you can sponsor in your state. Others are still in the planning stage. Our slogan of "PLANTING THE SEEDS TO FIND A CURE" is a statement of our goals for 2010. If you are unable to participate in an event, a donation of any size would be appreciated. With your help we will find a cure for IPF.
